近期，我们注意到市场上存在未经杰克森实验室授权销售所谓“JAX小鼠”的现象。

Recently, we have noticed sales of so-called "JAX mice" in the market without authorization of The Jackson Laboratory.

 

对此，我们作出如下正式声明：

We hereby make the following official statement:

 

自2022年11月17日起，杰克森实验室已正式授权北京澄天生物科技有限公司（简称iBL）作为其在中国大陆地区的唯一订单履行和物流服务提供方。

Since November 17, 2022, The Jackson Laboratory has officially authorized iBio Logistics Co., Ltd. (iBL) as its sole provider for order fulfillment and logistics services in mainland China.

 

北京澄天生物科技有限公司是确保中国客户能合法购买正品JAX小鼠的唯一被授权渠道。正品JAX小鼠由杰克森实验室通过其严格的质量控制程序生产，通过其专有的育种工序确保了高健康状态和遗传完整性。

iBio Logistics Co., Ltd. is the only authorized channel ensuring Chinese customers can legally purchase authentic JAX mice.  Authentic JAX mice are produced by JAX through its rigorous quality program, ensuring high health status and genetic integrity through its proprietary breeding processes.

 

为了确保研究材料的合法性及质量，所有客户应通过北京澄天生物科技有限公司（iBL）进行购买。以科学诚信为目的，为确保健康状态、遗传完整性和种源，JAX 小鼠的购买者不得转售 JAX 小鼠。

To ensure the legitimacy and quality of research materials, all customers should purchase through iBio Logistics Co., Ltd. (iBL).  To ensure the health status, genetic integrity and provenance for purposes of scientific integrity, purchasers of JAX mice are not permitted to re-sell JAX mice.

 

我们强烈呼吁中国科研工作者及相关单位仅通过北京澄天生物科技有限公司这一独家授权合作伙伴采购JAX小鼠。

We strongly urge Chinese researchers and institutions to purchase JAX mice solely through iBio Logistics Co., Ltd., the exclusive authorized partner.

 

只有从北京澄天生物科技有限公司购买的JAX小鼠才是正品JAX小鼠，其余均为假货。

Only JAX mice purchased through iBio Logistics Co., Ltd. (iBL) are genuine; all others are counterfeit.

 

杰克森实验室对北京澄天生物科技有限公司的授权长期有效，直至另行通知。

The Jackson Laboratory's authorization of iBio Logistics Co., Ltd. (iBL) is valid until further notice.

 

此授权涵盖所有与JAX小鼠相关的订单履行和物流服务。

This authorization covers all order fulfillment and logistics services related to JAX mice.
